If a spring is broken, please do not. Without a working spring the door is very heavy and can drop fast. Leave it closed and call us. We will get it open safely.
Most problems are a part, not the whole door. We will tell you honestly if a repair makes sense or if panels and hardware are worn enough that a new door is the better spend.
